DM Frech completed a BFA and MFA in dance at New York University, Tisch School of the Arts, moved to Virginia, was a stay-home mom, later a realtor. She is a member of many writing organizations and is an award-winning author who writes poetry, picture books, fiction, non-fiction, screenplays and is an avid photographer.
Her work is in Streetlight Magazine, New Feather Anthology, WayWords Literary Journal, The Journal of The Writer’s Guild of Virginia, Burningword Journal, Poets Choice, Writer’s Journal, Bangalore Review, The Man in The Middle Press and so on.
She has much gratitude to her father, Steven Kasmauski, who served in the military for 42 years, and whose unconditional love is still felt years after his passing and to her two astonishing sons, Andrew and Samuel, who inspire her daily to leave the swamp and climb the mountain.
DM hugs trees, and walks the earth by the grace of God.
