Michelle Caprio

Michelle Caprio’s journey of faith began at a young age, and over the years, she cultivated a profound understanding of the power of affirmation, prayer, and meditation. The author’s faith and resilience were profoundly tested in 2021 when she lost both younger sisters within 5 weeks of each other. She became the primary caretaker for her elderly mother.  Amidst loss and change, she found solace in prayer, meditation, and affirmations. Her grief journey inspired her recently published devotional, Empowered Thinking, Empowered life: 365 “I AM” Declarations for Resilient Living. In it she supports readers through their own seasons of transformation with messages of hope, empowerment, and self-discovery.

Michelle holds an advanced degree in educational administration from Old Dominion University and is an educator with over 45 years’ experience.  She owns a consultant business that assists businesses, schools and homeschoolers with leadership training, corporate wellness programs and assessment.

Michelle lives with Ben, her husband of 46 years, in Virginia Beach, VA, where she continues to write, teach, and serve her community with grace and love.
